15-Day Change of Mind Policy:

- Option 1: Exchange (10% Deduction)
Exchange your item for another product.
A 10% restocking fee applies.
The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Option 2: Refund (20% Deduction)
A 20% deduction applies to refunds.
The item must pass an inspection before processing.
Terms & Conditions:
- Request must be made within 15 days of purchase/delivery.
- Product must be undamaged, unused, and complete with all accessories.
- Refunds take 5-7 business days.
